Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking at Toscana Village Resort. Our policies cover reservation procedures, cancellations, payment requirements, and guest responsibilities. Following these guidelines ensures a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. No payment is taken until hotel process the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.


Deposit Policy

Toscana Village Resort Village will charge 1 night accommodation deposit to the credit card provided.

Please ensure enough funds in your credit card.


Balance of payment is required on arrival.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

American Express will incur a 4% surcharge at time of processing.

Accounts can also be paid by Eftpos or cash.

Cheques will only be accepted for prepayments outside of two weeks prior to arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Holiday Season: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.


Non-Holiday Season: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.


No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.


No Show Policy

A no show on the day will incur the full amount being deducted.


Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.


Other Conditions


Limit of Liability:

Toscana Village Resort will endeavour to ensure booking arrangements are met, however does not accept any liability for any injury , damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which are beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, civil disturbance, or to any other authorities including travel carriers, industrial action or failure of machinery or equipment with maintenance requirements


Services Provided:

Guests have the option of purchasing daily serviced tariff which includes a room attendant making the beds, taking out the rubbish, changing the towels or non serviced tariff where it is the responsibility of the guest to attend to the cleanliness of the unit including the removal of rubbish to the refuse area. Failure to comply with this will incur an additional fee
