Airlie Beach is a picturesque seaside village, with the main street running parallel to the beach. Toscana Village Resort is perched on a hill with panoramic views across the village to the sparkling waters of the Coral sea and the Whitsunday islands. The resort is 200 metres from the beach and town - just a short stroll down the hill to the main street's shops, restaurants and attractions. For those who don't wish to walk up the hill after a day of sight-seeing, local taxis are plentiful and happy to do the short drive to the resort for a small fare.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample storage space and an ensuite. It has split cycle airconditioning and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has either a private juliette balcony or a link to the main spacious balcony, all with stunning views of the Coral Sea and beyond. 
The second bedroom has twin beds and good storage facilities. It also has airconditioning and ceiling fans. There is a main bathroom which services this bedroom.
The apartment has a full kitchen with oven, benchtop cooking elements, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher.  The dining and lounge area opens onto a private balcony with ocean views.  Each apartment has its own lock up garage
 Each apartment has its own laundry with large washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron, ironing board, clothes airer,
The kitchen  comes fully equipped with kettle, toaster, wall oven and separate grill, ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, and full size two-door fridge. 
The ample storage space reveals all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you will require should you decide to take advantage of the vast range of local seafood and tropical produce to create your own exotic dishes. Serve your culinary creations on the private balcony and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the blue waters of the Whitsundays - or for a more formal dining setting, the villa dining area will seat up to four people.
The lounge and balcony offer views over Airlie Beach to the Coral Sea with its many activities, be it yacht races local and world champion events - tour boats leaving and returning, cruise ships on anchor or just the comings and goings of the vast number of cruising yachts that frequent the area.

2 Bedroom

Looking for accommodation in Airlie Beach for the larger family? Our three bedroom villas are spacious, light and airy with a large lounge/ dining area, kitchen, laundry, large private balcony, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin bedding. 

The dining and the living areas and the bedrooms are air-conditioned with split cycle to ensure each individual's comfort requirements. These rooms also have ceiling fans  The master bedroom ensuite has a walk in shower and the main bathroom comes with a full sized bathtub.

Each apartment has its own laundry facilities with large washing machine, dryer laundry tub, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, 
The kitchen  comes fully equipped with all the convenient amenities of wall oven with separate grill, four ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, kettles, toaster and large fridge/freezer. The ample storage space reveals all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you will require should you decide to take advantage of the vast range of local seafood and tropical produce to create your own exotic dishes. Savour these on your private balcony and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the Coral Sea. For a more formal dining setting, all apartments have a separate lounge/dining area with seating for six.

The villas have spacious lounge area, well equipped kitchen, laundry and dining area opening onto either a private courtyard or a private plunge pool.  
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has magnificent views looking from a private balcony out to the ocean,  It has its own private ensuite bathroom
There is a second king bedroom and a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom with walk in shower.
Each villa has its own lock up garage.
While separate to the resort, guests of the villas are welcome to use the resorts facilities including the four swimming pools.

This spacious penthouse apartment comprises an entire top floor and boasts panoramic Whitsunday water views over Airlie Beach and out to Hayman Island and beyond.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in a modern sleek uncluttered style and has a fully equipped kitchen with all the convenient amenities; wall oven with separate grill, ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, toaster and large fridge/freezer. The ample storage space contains all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you will require should you decide to take advantage of the vast range of local seafood and tropical produce to create your own exotic dishes. Savour these on your private balcony and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the Coral Sea, or for a more formal dining setting, utilize the large table with seating for six.

The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed and opens up to its own private balcony with reclining chairs for you to relax and soak up the sun or evening breezes in your own space away from the others. The master ensuite has a bath and walk in shower

The second king bed room also has wonderful ocean views and opens up onto the main balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is a main bathroom and toilet for these two rooms to share. All rooms are air-conditioned with split cycle and ceiling fans

The apartment has full laundry facilities and a private lock up garages.
